Terms and Conditions



Immortals Grappling Acdemy


By enrolling in or attending classes at Immortals Grappling Academy (“we”, “our”, or “the Academy”), all students and visitors (“you”, “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:





1. 

Membership & Payments



  • Class fees must be paid in advance, either per session or monthly.
  • Unlimited monthly memberships are valid for 30 days from the payment date.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of training privileges until resolved.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Academy.




2. 

Health & Safety



  • You must inform staff of any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions before participating.
  • You participate at your own risk. Martial arts and grappling involve physical contact and carry an inherent risk of injury.
  • You agree to maintain personal hygiene and wear clean training gear at all times.
  • The Academy reserves the right to refuse training to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who poses a risk to others.




3. 

Conduct & Behaviour



  • Respect your training partners, instructors, and the facility at all times.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without refund.
  • Students must follow the instructions of the coaches and observe mat etiquette at all times.




4. 

Liability Waiver



  • By attending classes, you accept all risks associated with training and agree that the Academy, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred on the premises.
  • You are responsible for maintaining personal insurance if desired.




5. 

Minors



  • Students under the age of 18 must have written parental or guardian consent before participating.
  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to observe but must not interfere with classes.




6. 

Cancellation & Suspension



  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued for unused portions of paid periods.
  • The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided when possible.




7. 

Media Consent



  • We may take photos or videos for marketing purposes during classes or events. By training with us, you grant permission to use your likeness unless you request otherwise in writing.




8. 

Amendments



  • These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via email, website, or posted notices at the Academy.
